Saxophone

A saxophone awaits alone  On his stand which he calls home.  Waiting faithfully on his musician's return.   
The musician walks in, with a distinguishing scent.  That of new music, flowing within her head.  She approaches her instrument, shiny and new.   
Picks him up, and plays a tune.  Amazing accidentals and accentation.   
A tune of hope, A tune of hate.  A tune of happy anger,  A tune to pass the time.   
She ends her song to a knock on her door.  The police have come to take her away.  She killed her husband earlier today,  Because he would not let
